Since 2015, Roberto Souza (Beto Souza), has been at the forefront of Business Development in Brazil and Latin America, spearheading recruitment and market expansion strategies for renowned global education groups such as Study Group,
LCI Education Network, Navitas, Global University Systems, and the marketplace Adventus.io.
Throughout this time, Beto has successfully combined his deep passion for International Education with innovative growth initiatives, achieving impactful results that have contributed to the strategic growth of these organizations. His work has been instrumental in fostering strong relationships within the industry, further establishing his reputation as a trusted partner in Latin America.
Beto’s passion for international education was ignited in 1998, when he embarked on his first exchange trip to California, USA. During this life-changing experience, he not only studied on a university campus at UC Irvine, but also embraced the cultural richness of living with a host family and sharing apartment with friends from diverse nationalities and backgrounds. This exposure to global perspectives and cross-cultural exchange deeply shaped his worldview and inspired his commitment to helping others experience the transformative power of International Education.
